This hotel has a beautiful location by Lake Michigan, offering lovely views and a chance to relax. The indoor pool is fantastic and the overall atmosphere is family-friendly. However, my experience was dampened by long wait times for service and difficulty accessing amenities due to events. The restaurant experience could use some improvement, especially regarding timing and accessibility during busy occasions.
